About the Role:
The Director of Marketing at MedSchoolCoach will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives to drive growth across programs and services. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement a marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Drive revenue growth by creating strategies for MedSchoolCoach and affiliated brands, such as Prospectivedoctor.com.
  2. Integrated Marketing
    • Plan and execute branding, direct marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and event strategies.
    • Establish KPIs and methodologies to track and measure success, presenting detailed analytics and monthly reports to senior leadership.
    • Utilize HubSpot to monitor and optimize marketing efforts.
  3. Content and Communication
    • Develop compelling messaging and content strategies to enhance brand visibility and communicate the value of services.
  4. Market Analysis
    • Research market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
  5. SEO/SEM Expertise
    • Lead SEO and SEM initiatives, leveraging advanced tracking and analytics to optimize campaign performance.
  6. Collaboration and Leadership
    • Partner with leadership to define positioning, branding, and target audience strategies.
    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of the marketing roadmap.
    • Cultivate external partnerships with educational institutions, medical schools, and master’s programs to enhance service offerings.
  7. Innovation and Execution

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
